Maybe you should use a po editor to help you?

fuzzy strings are strings that need to be translated but where we
seem to have a former translation.

The translation in "msgtxt" is actually the translation of the string on
the "#| msgid" line, but the new english text (on the msgid line) has
changed slightly so the translation needs to be updated accordingly.

Once this is done, you drop the "fuzzy, " tag (and the "#| msgid" line).
