[Debian-handbook-translators] proofreading of en-US/*.xml files and pushing

Dear authors,

I would like to push a commit of revising en-US/*.xml files.
But before do so, would you check on the commit[1]?
The commit mainly consists of following items.

* making variants unified
  (DPkg::options)
* fixing technical terms
  (MPMs, Linux Mint, Filesystem Hierarchy Standard, Secure Sockets Layer)
* removing doubled words
  (because because, possible possible)
* fixing typo
  (mean time, /etc/systemd/system/ssh.service, Debian desktop environment, Advanced options)
* and rewriting context of ambiguous meaning
