[Debian-handbook-translators] ERROR: failed to build HTML output for sv-SE

and Swedish translators of debian-handbook,

Exactly the same issue (following quoted message) is detected [1,2,3].

The issue was introduced by Josef, fixed by Allan, and restored by Josef [4].
It looks that Josef does not sync his local translation with Weblate
and overwrites translation activity done on Weblate
between his second latest upload and latest upload [5].

Josef, I suggest you to use Git and merge your work to latest translation
without loosing both others correction and your new translation activity.
