[Debian-handbook-translators] zh-CN build failure in weblate git help

[xiao sheng wen(肖盛文)]

zh-CN build failure again now:

  PO file 'zh-CN/debian-handbook.po' not found! Using base XML!

        Processing file tmp/zh-CN/xml/Common_Content/Feedback.xml ->
tmp05_packaging-system.xml:364: validity error : Element indexterm
content does not follow the DTD, expecting (primary? , ((secondary ,
((tertiary , (see | seealso+)?) | see | seealso+)?) | see | seealso+)?),
got (CDATA primary secondary )
/zh-CN/xml/Common_Content/Feedback.xml

It's cause by this commit:
