[Debian-in-workers] aspell mr & hi packages in sid

Hi,
  in debian sid -  aspell-hi & aspell-mr  have a common
file  /usr/lib/aspell/u-deva.cset , due to which if aspell-hi is
installed , aspell-mr install breaks , since it tries to overwrite
the file 
/usr/lib/aspell/u-deva.cset  already owned by  aspell-hi.
 this needs to be corrected. 
 same problem goes for installing vice versa - mr first & hi later.
 as such the files are same for both languages since they using the
same script.
