[Debian-in-workers] aspell mr & hi packages in sid

Seems like this  has to be discussed in  debian-devel or debian-aspell
(if there is one) list.

My suggestion  is to split the  two packages into three  - one package
containing  information  common to  the  script  like the  u-deva.cset
files, and  another package which contains  the language-specific word
list.
