[Debian-in-workers] Aspell wordlists in Debian

Aspell wordlists for Hindi. Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi and Oriya
have been uploaded to Debian Sid. Package names follow the usual
aspell-<ln> naming convention (ln = ISO codes for the respective
languages). The Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam and Assamese wordlists are
still not complete. This is a request to the respective language teams
to start working on the wordlists as soon as possible
