[Debian-in-workers] D-I Tamil Translation

I tried to commit a dummy file today to test commit
access. But the same problem persists.. I created a
dummy file 'foo' in l10n/ta/debian-installer/ and
tried to commit that

[damu at localhost debian-installer]$ touch foo
[damu at localhost debian-installer]$ svn add foo
A         foo
[damu at localhost debian-installer]$ svn commit -m
"testing commit access"
Password:
Adding         debian-installer/foo
Transmitting file data .svn: Commit failed (details
follow):
svn: Can't create directory
'/svn/debian-in/db/transactions/71-1.txn': Permission
denied

How to proceed?
