I will be there as a speaker. Will try to be there as much as I can --
will have to shift between the FSF-India and this one though, but we can
have the two of them side by side, so it won't be much of an issue.

Hmm, I can bring a flex banner from my place with me. I can loan my
laptop whenever it's free. Or we can take a PC on hire. I know some
people in Delhi who can take care of the logistics. And yes, your
_physical_ presence is what we need! It can overshadow any other
infrastructural flaws whatsoever :)
