expressing my willingness. Hers's what I have written.....

Hi,

I am a member of GNU/Linux users Group, Trivandrum, India. Your mail calling
for help with translation of the Refcard was forwarded to our group's
mailing list by one of the members.

I have been using GNU/Linux (Ubuntu to be precise) for some months now and
have been able to figure out some of the most common technical aspects, even
though I don't have much of a technical background. Google and user forums
have been my best friends in this.

Hindi is my mother tongue and I hold a Bachelors Degree in English. I have
taken a look at the English Refcard and think that I can help with
translating most of it in Hindi.

Here is a random sample:-

man page or man                    Read online help for every
bash                                      command and many  configuration
files.

                                             हरेक आदेश के लिये औनलाइन मदद और
कई संरचना देने वाली फाईलें

I have two full holidays tomorrow and the day after and would like to
utilize this time.

I assume that you have already worked on translations. So I would greatly
appreciate if I could get some help in getting started. Like...how to access
the template, what to download and how to edit etc.
