Punjabi needs Amanpreet Singh Alam to act on incomplete files (no
update since May 2008 or so)
Tamil needs Tirumurti Vasudevan to come (last update May 2008)

I don't think that either Kannada or Telugu will make it. Both have
*very few* translated strings. Vincent Vikram is coordinating efforts
for Kannada on an external server (running Pootle, IIRC) but the
language was never tested in D-I.
