ddtp.debian.net is down, since 18.4.2009

We get some 'psql: FATAL:  connection limit exceeded for non-superusers'...

Hm.

I restart postgresql and apache.

Thinks like http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=12306  are working.

But the ddtss don't work.

If I start index.cgi on the shell, it is working?!

Have you change something?
