Also since 19.4, the exim mailqueue is growing linearly

Some other munin graphs are ... strange (e.g. ddtp database size), but
that might just be the same issue with psql.

I recently logged in churro, but only changed a small thing for a dl10n
robot to stop some failures reported every hour.
