These errors should be fixed with the new v3 source package support.
The support is still incomplete (patches are not applied).
Maybe we should rely on something else for the extraction of data (lintian
laboratory?).

This is due to multiple versions of a package in a Sources.gz.
(e.g. ace 5.6.3-5 and 5.6.3-6)

This needs to be investigated.

This still need to be investigated.

As this should be ignored, I should probably remove those warnings.
I'm currently rebuilding the material from scratch on churro to see how
long it take, and maybe cleanup the database.
