Yes, I had already found that from docs/_themes/README.rst. That git repo does 
not, however, contain the source to jquery.js either.

But after a little more ferreting around, I can see that the compressed 
jquery.js in that repo is the same as the one that the jquery upstream ships. 
I can import the uncompressed version into the debian package as the 
appropriate source (as can you for future releases of translate-toolkit).

(I've already noted this in the bug for this issue [1] but thought it was good 
to reply to the thread so that those not wading through the tracker would find 
it too)
