[Debian-lego-team] New packages under Debian LEGO Team umbrella

Hi LEGO Team, hi Soren,

Andreas salvaged the brickos package and imported binutils-h8300-hms
into Debian LEGO team on Salsa, see the corresponding ITS[1].

I also imported gcc-h8300-hms package, and added the patches written by
Petter for this package and binutils-h8300-hms.

In preparation for the upload I would like to be granted upload
permissions for those three packages (brickos, gcc-h8300-hms and
binutils-h8300-hms).

Can any of you grant me upload right for those packages?

Also, I think I need to open an ITS for gcc and binutils, do I still
need to wait for the 21 days delay?
