I can fix brickos if Soren do not beat me to it, but for gcc-h8300-hms
and binutils-h8300-hms I believe we should first bring them under the
LEGO team umbrella, ref my email earlier to their maintainer.

I am not very familiar with the salvage process, so do not know the
format requirements here.

In any case, I suspect a good start is to do a non-maintainer upload of
both gcc-h8300-hms and binutils-h8300-hms while we wait for response
from Michael.  I would be happy to upload such NMU for both using a git
repo under the lego team on salsa, if such exist.  Lets coordinate it on
#debian-lego.
