[Debian-lego-team] Move lego related packages to LEGO team?

Dear Michael,

The LEGO team is interested in taking over the lego related packages you
are maintaining, as far as I know this is binutils-h8300-hms,
gcc-h8300-hms and lnpd.  Are you still around?  The state of
<URL: https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=mt%40debian.org > make me
suspect you are busy elsewhere.

Is it OK for us to take over these packages and move their code to
<URL: https://salsa.debian.org/debian-lego-team/ >, like was done with
brickos?
