+lots of file header contain something like 
+ Generated from FHIR 3.0.0.11832 (http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/ActivityDefinition)

+So the python scripts do not seem to be the real source of this software. Also the given link does not work anymore.
+
+Last but not least the LOINC copyright does not allow modifications, which is not DFSG compatible.
