Salut Pierre,

Since the binary package is OK, we felt no urge to upload the fix,
especially that missing deps prevent migration to testing anyway
(#448890).

I admit that I did not consider whether the testing version 1.4-1
version is affected as well (it is an old package from a MIA
developper). I just tried to update my pbuilder on two different
machines and they and it broke (one reason is #452664, and the other I
do not know). Would you mind testing bioperl-1.4.1 ?

If the bug still messes the Release Radar, I'll upload the fix happily.
