[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#607008: mencal: with l10n, calendar header formatting not aligned with column content

Hello,

Debian distributes mencal and we received a bug report about format
errors using the Russian locale (see below).

We automatically track new releases of mencal (see
http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?packages=mencal), but please do not hesitate
to let us know that you corrected the bug; this way we will propagate the
update faster.
