[Debian-med-packaging] IGV package in git

Hi all,

I've packaged IGV for Debian and pushed the work to git:
git+ssh://alioth.debian.org/git/debian-med/igv.git

It's a work in progress. These dependencies are still unresolved:
colt.jar	http://acs.lbl.gov/software/colt/
jide-*.jar	http://www.jidesoft.com/
jlfgr-1_0.jar	http://java.sun.com/developer/techDocs/hi/repository/
ledatastream.jar	http://mindprod.com/products1.html#LEDATASTREAM
maf.jar	http://www.broadinstitute.org/genome_bio/siphy/

I'd very much appreciate the help of anyone who would like to help
contribute to this project.
