[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#609038: ITP: biomaj -- a biological databank update and processing tool

Hi,
my package is ready and uploaded to mentors.
I removed most of lintian warnings.

I created an account on Alioth, however i do not understand how to snv 
inject only the debian dir from my current package directory structure.


Could you hint me to a descriptive page ?
