Do not worry, our SVN repository has more than 5000 commits, and a couple of
them are already reversions, so there is no problem if the injection does not
go well at the first time.
I tried to inject the package that you uploaded on debian-mentors, and
reproduced the bug. I do not understand the cause. Perhaps you could try to
use the old 1.0 dpkg source format, and see if svn-inject behaves better ?
Another solution is to create remotely the trunk/packages/biomaj directory,
check it out, check out the contents of the debian directory by hand in
trunk/packages/biomaj/trunk/debian and set its properties as indicated in the
manpage of svn-buildpackage.
Or to use git ;)
