[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#634921: gofigure2: missing dependency to mysql server (service)

In the dependency list, right now the package, which provides mysql as a
service for the system, is missing.

Although gofigure2 compiles and gets installed normally, after you can't 
really
use it since mysql service is not running.
