It doesn't have a dependency on mysql since you can use a database
from another server/machine ("File" menu → "Use Database" →
"ServerName:").
The missing depends on the server isn't wrong then: you can both
install a database server locally (mysql-server) or use from another
machine.
Maybe we should add mysql-server in Suggests (and/or a an explanation
in README.Debian).
