[Debian-med-packaging] Comments regarding biomaj_1.1.0-1_amd64.changes

Hi,

biomaj includes several files having different copyright holders and licenses
(such as BSD-like and Apache-2.0). Please add them to debian/copyright.

In addition the maintainer scripts look broken as they ignore arguments. I also
wonder why the program is not compiled at buildtime.
