[Debian-med-packaging] Comments regarding mothur_1.15.0-1_amd64.changes

Hi Ansgar,

I just uploaded an up to date mothur version which includes proper
LICENSE file.  Charles Plessy also clarified debian/copyright.  I hope
this will let pass mothur soonish.
