Sorry, that we did not informed you in the first place. Usually the
first maintainer who touches a software, informs the upstream
maintainer. I hope you like it anyway.

Thanks. The reason why it should be included is just a requirement to
provide the source of every binary file. It is not really necessary to
actually build the PDF file again if there is at least the chance for
everybody to do so.

I just prepared everything for this version - just waited with the
upload for your answer. It will be uploaded really soon.

Having up to date versions is highly on our priority list. It might be
helpful if you ping me or debian-med-packaging at lists.alioth.debian.org
in case of new versions. While we have automatic tools to watch new
versions an explicite ping might increase the priority a bit.
