I apologize for the small size of this one. This has nothing to do with microbiology: it is an exception module used at the Rost Lab.
It is exactly one Perl module, one that is used by a couple of other packages from us: predictprotein, librg-pp-queuemgr-perl,
librg-pp-bundle-perl. For now, only predictprotein is going to be in Debian. The other two are in our in-house repo.
There are many examples of only one Perl module in one package, say: libmath-vector-real-kdtree-perl (I am one of the uploaders). I have never
had a problem because of this before.
Ok, let me improve the description... done.
Would you feel better about it if there were a man page for the module? I can put a simple one together easily. But I wanted to spend my time on
other things, perceived more important. This package is not meant for reuse, but as a shared component of Rost Lab software. I need it separate,
because I want to share it, and I need it small, because I like clean components.
Let us see if ftpmaster really has an issue with this.
Thanks a lot, best regards,
Laszlo
