[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#672407: python-biopython: duplicate mathml2.dtd

It would be nice if python-biopython would be using catalog instead of using a convenient copy of mathml2.dtd in /usr/share/pyshared/Bio/Entrez/DTDs/mathml2.dtd
