Hi,
this mailing list is appropriate, it is related to Debian (med) software
packaging effort but not Linux support.
However, I am not sure to understand why you say "data will not travel".
You could use samba to make network connections/file sharing between
Linux and Windows (Debian or any other).
You could have a file server on your Linux analyser and mount this
"disk" on Windows.
