Dear Laszlo,

it is nice to see such contributions to upstream projects. You are welcome
to open a branch in the hmmer3 in Debian Med's repository, especially that
the patches have been discussed on this list. For the binary packages,
however, I am not entirely sure if an upload to experimental would be
the best, as one would rather expect there some builds based on upstream's
3.1 upcoming release.

So I would propose 1+2: upload the packages to rostlab.org, and commit
your changes in a branch on Alioth.

What do others think ?

Have a nice Sunday,
