I just found a solution for *this* include by simply injecting

   uic-qt4 source/VIEW/DIALOGS/assignBondOrderConfigurationDialog.ui > include/BALL/VIEW/UIC/ui_assignBondOrderConfigurationDialog.h

... but this just leads to other includes that are not found (even if
they are inside the source).  I'll try to find my way through all this
(while continuosely hoping fro some help from upstream).
