Hi,

updated status of this bug (thanks to Julien Cristau it is wheezy-ignore
but we do want to close it anyway as soon as possible). I did another
round of ping to the authors and had again some (close to final)
success:

Newly solved:

The debian/copyright file was updated according to this in Git.

Authors have confirmed free license but some minor clarification would
be welcome.

Private mail from "Petri, Victoria" <vpetri at mcw.edu>:
"I talked to our manager and everything we do is absolutely free."

I want them to do some *explicite* *public* license statement.

Private mail from Karen Eilbeck <keilbeck at genetics.utah.edu>:
"There is a license for SO on the page somewhere. Its the same as for GO.
I will look for it and send you this week."

Finally we do have confirmation at least in private mail for all files
and are quite positive to be able to get a fully clean copyright file
soon.

Kind regards

     Andreas.
