thanks for your suggestions to fix the problem. I was hoping for some
suggestions how to solve this issue without patching - perhaps even
setting PERLLIBDIR properly instead of patching files might be the
best idea. This issue does not sound like a big problem to me but I
wanted to wait for Charles opinion because he has the best experience
with Perl.
