3D Slicer 4 development is healthy.

Right now I am pushing dependencies (like openigtlink) through the Debian
"new queue" for further testing in experimental.

I will continue using the slicer repo in debian-science for development,
but right now it is more important to get all the dependencies right.
Slicer is fast moving, and user prefer to use the latest self build
binaries, so right now I keep making sure that the original build script is
always working on Wheezy and Debian Testing.

Over the next few days I can assemble a list of issues I need help with,
mostly with transitions of underlying libraries.

Cheers
