[Debian-med-packaging] Patch for ampliconoise

Hi Tim,

since you served as upstream contact for ampliconoise according to the
d/copyright file I would like to make you aware about a recent patch in
SVN (+latest upload) which fixes a build problem if you use clang
instead of gcc.  It would be great if this would make it into the next
upstream release.
