Dear Andreas,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

The license text you added to debian/copyright is more like the license
of Perl 5 (http://dev.perl.org/licenses/artistic.html), which is 
Artistic-1. According to Gviz/DESCRIPTION the license of the package is 
Artistic-2.0 which is http://opensource.org/licenses/artistic-license-2.0.

Maybe you can also make upstream aware of the advantage to include a copy 
of the license text in their distributed package.

Can you please also be a bit more verbose about the origin of:
 ./Gviz/inst/doc/ucsc1.pdf
 ./Gviz/inst/doc/ucsc2.pdf
