[Debian-med-packaging] gmap, where to place binaries

Hi Andreas,

In the old versions of gmap only 3 files - gmap, gsnap and gmap_setup 
were installed into /usr/bin and others 20 in /usr/lib/gmap/ .
I think it would be easier for the end user if all executables would be 
in /usr/bin and in $PATH.

It there any problem with that ?
The only drawback are the missing man pages as far as I see.
