Hi,

The source package insightoolkit4 build depends on libhdf5-dev but
is told not to use it with the flag ITK_USE_SYSTEM_HDF5:BOOL=OFF.

Why this inconsistency?
If the Debian libhdf5 is not suitable for insighttoolkit4, please
document it and drop the useless build dependency. Otherwise use it
instead of the embedded copy.

In the latter case, please note that there is a pending transition for
hdf5 (#755539).
