Thanks for your update.

Hmmm, the quilt patches do not apply:
...
dpkg-source: info: building libquazip using existing ./libquazip_0.6.2.orig.tar.gz
patching file quazip/quazip.pro
Hunk #1 FAILED at 3.
Hunk #2 succeeded at 12 (offset -20 lines).
1 out of 2 hunks FAILED
dpkg-source: info: fuzz is not allowed when applying patches
dpkg-source: info: if patch 'multiarch_version.patch' is correctly applied by quilt, use 'quilt refresh' to update it
dpkg-source: error: LC_ALL=C patch -t -F 0 -N -p1 -u -V never -g0 -E -b -B .pc/multiarch_version.patch/ --reject-file=- < quazip-0.6.2.orig.NdOEAK/debian/patches/multiarch_version.patch gave error exit status 1
dpkg-buildpackage: error: dpkg-source -i.git -I.git -b quazip-0.6.2 gave error exit status 2
...
May be you forgot to update the debian/patches dir in SVN?
BTW, did you considered solving #719742?
Kind regards
Andreas.
