Not that I'm aware of.  Every package comes with

   /usr/share/doc/<packagename>/copyright

which contains the original copyright.  I'm pretty sure that derivatives
will not change this.  Our ftpmaster (one in CC) simply stumbled upon
the fact that it is not clear from the license text at all if we are
allowed to distribute BLAT.
