libuuid1 should probably have a dependency on passwd (which provides
groupmod, et.al.). libuuid1.postinst needs to be reviewed to see
if there are more commands used that aren't in essential packages.

(As you can see in the build log libuuid1 is being configured before
passwd, which is also going to be installed later, is unpacked.)
