(While the missing passwd dependency in previous mail still stands
there is a more "interesting" problem hiding here..)

We're apparently upgrading from 2.25.2-2 here. This version shipped the
same user/group migration code in postinst.
That the "missing passwd dependency" problem maybe wasn't hit until now
just by pure luck.... but this problem should not trigger now if
the migration of user/group has already been done.... which it should
have if you previously had 2.25.2-2 installed... Something funky is
going on here.

Would be nice if sparc buildd admins or sparc porters could look up why
the migration code is triggering for every update?! (Or explain how they
can have 2.25.2-2 but with the old configuration.)

(Anyway, feel free to reassign the bug. The severity should possibly
be adjusted to serious while at it.)
