The file is here:

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/Qt5/Qt5Config.cmake

I tried

  cmake .. -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/Qt5

and a bunch of other variants, but the problem persists.
