[Debian-med-packaging] uscan not downloading new upstream version of bowtie2

Hi Alex,
since you provided some tests in Git I was able to run these tests
successfully and thus I simply uploaded this new version.
Perhaps this saves you some time which you might like to spent into the
latest version of gmap (you dropped a note that the test does not run on
i386 in d/changelog). I injected the last upstream version into Git
but will not upload.
