[Debian-med-packaging] uscan not downloading new upstream version of bowtie2

I do not think that this is an issue of our watch file but rather a problem of
uscan.  I downloaded bowtie2 via wget and used

   mk-origtargz --repack --compress xz /home/andreas/Downloads/bowtie2-2.2.4-source.zip

to create the tarball which I importet into our repository. Please git pull
check the result and upload (or ping me if you might not manage today since
this evening the upload window for Jessie will close today).
