Package: mothur
Version: 1.33.3+dfsg-2
Severity: normal

Hi,
I've noticed that the current release of mothur in Debian
is slightly outdated. It seems that the debian/watch file
is not pointing to the right place. The current releases
seem to be announced on github:

    https://github.com/mothur/mothur/releases

This is a watchfile that should work:

    version=3
    opts=dversionmangle=s/(\+dfsg|[~\+]repack)// \
       https://github.com/mothur/mothur/tags .*/v?(\d\S*)\.tar\.gz

(it'd be great if a new release would be packaged too :D )

Cheers,
Tomasz
