[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#796827: mothur: watch file is outdated, new releases are missed

Hi Thomas,

just a quick-n-top-posted note:  You are kindly invited to add yourself
as Uploader and do the needed update.  Our team is perfectly open and
anybody can join.  All DDs have immediate commit permissions to VCS on
Alioth due to ACLs.
